The Superior Three-Bedroom Forest Villa (160 sq.m.) with sea view can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Spread across three floors, the villa offers a comfortable and spacious layout ideal for families or groups.

On the upper floor, guests will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the lower floor features an additional bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and cookware, and a guest WC.

All rooms are equipped with a TV, and the villa also offers furnished balconies on both the ground and first floors, providing beautiful sea views and pleasant outdoor spaces to unwind.

For added comfort and entertainment, the villa is equipped with three TVs — one in the living room and one in each bedroom — as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.

Children and extra beds

Please note that children of all ages are warmly welcomed at our property. Kindly be informed that our villas do not offer extra beds for children. Therefore, children sleeping in existing beds will be counted as adults for occupancy purposes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in considering this policy while planning your stay, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.

Cleaning and towels

At Helios Blue Villas, we ensure your comfort with a full villa cleaning every 4 days. Fresh towels are provided every 3 days. If you require extra towels on other days, simply let our staff know and we’ll be happy to assist. Additional cleaning services on other days are available upon request for an extra charge.
